Housr provides an all-in-one billing service designed to simplify the process of managing household expenses. By using our app, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for bill management and payment processing.

3. Account Registration

To access Housr’s billing services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using Housr, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Fees

Housr may charge fees for certain features or services. By using these paid services, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with the selected service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.

6. User Conduct

While using Housr, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to our systems, interference with the functionality of the app, and violation of any applicable laws.

7. Termination

Housr reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Housr provides its services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Housr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

Housr reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Housr Living Pizza and Coffee Billing Incentive: Terms and Conditions 

1) Eligibility:

1.1 To participate in this campaign, you must successfully let your property through Housr’s student housing platform and choose Housr’s billing services within the specified promotional period.

2) Promotion Period:

2.1 The campaign kicks off on 06/12/2023 and concludes on 31/06/2023.

3) Reward Details:

3.1 Participants in Manchester will enjoy a year’s supply of mouthwatering pizza from Papa John’s – that’s one pizza per week for an incredible 32 weeks!

3.2 Meanwhile, participants in Birmingham are in for a treat with a year’s supply of aromatic coffee from Heybrew, totaling three cups per week for 32 delightful weeks.

4) Qualifying Criteria:

4.1 Your property must be successfully listed, rented out, and you must select Housr’s billing services during the promotion period to qualify.

5) Verification Process:

5.1 Housr retains the right to verify the eligibility of participants and confirm the successful completion of the property letting process.

6) Reward Redemption:

6.1 The reward will be provided in the form of vouchers or credits, allowing you to redeem your pizza at Papa John’s or relish your coffee at Heybrew.

6.2 Ensure that you claim your reward within 30 days of finalising your property lease agreement.

7) Non-transferable:

7.1 Regrettably, the reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

8) Limitations:

8.1 Only one reward per property letting will be provided, even if the property is rented to multiple tenants.

9) Billing Services Requirement:

9.1 To enjoy the full duration of the reward, participants must maintain Housr’s billing services for a minimum period of 12 months.

10) Changes to Terms:

10.1 Housr reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

11) Governing Law:

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK governing Law.
